We are currently seeking a Senior Façade Engineer with 5-10 years of experience with a strong design background to help advance the design and technical resolution of façade details for high-quality and architecturally driven projects.
 
You will play a key role in developing façade concepts that balance aesthetics, performance, and buildability from early design through delivery.  You will often work closely with leading architects and multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.  You may also work on London based façade remediation projects which require a thorough understanding of up to date building regulations and Gateway 2 submission requirements.
 
The role involves leading façade design strategies, guiding material selection and detailing, and translating architectural intent into technically robust, elegant solutions. You will contribute to design development, technical reviews, and construction support while mentoring junior engineers and influencing best practice across projects.
 
Key Requirements
• Degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in façade or building envelope design
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and performance
• Capable of utilizing 3d modelling and thermal analysis tools
• Collaborative, design-focused, and confident engaging with clients and suited to work with fast paced creative design teams
